1. Ticket Eligibility

• Theme park tickets are included as part of your stay at Otolo Homes on Yas Island.
• Each night of stay entitles you to one General Admission ticket per registered guest.
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the guests listed in the booking confirmation.

2. Park Access Tickets allow access to one theme park per night of stay, chosen from the following:

• Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
• Yas Waterworld
• Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi
• SeaWorld® Yas Island
• Access to multiple parks on the same day is not permitted using a single ticket.

3. Ticket Validity

• Each ticket is valid only for the date specified on the ticket and cannot be carried forward.
• Multi-park tickets (if issued) must be utilized within six (6) days from the date of first park entry.
• Unused tickets will automatically expire and are non-refundable.

4. Entry Conditions

• Guests must present the digital ticket (QR code) at the selected park’s main entrance. Printed copies are not required.
• A valid photo ID matching the name on the booking must be shown for entry verification.
• Once scanned, the ticket becomes void and cannot be reused, exchanged, or transferred.
• Theme park management reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket is damaged, altered, or misused.

5. Amendments & Cancellations

• Tickets are issued under a no-change, no-refund policy once confirmed.
• Any changes to the stay dates may require reissuance of tickets, subject to availability and approval.
• In case of technical or operational closure of any park, Otolo Homes shall not be held responsible; alternate arrangements are subject to park operator policies.

6. General Guidelines

• Park operating hours and attractions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Outside food, professional photography, and certain items may be restricted as per park policies.
• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Otolo Homes acts solely as a facilitator and bears no liability for any incident, injury, or loss arising during park visits.
